- Based off Rick Polizzi's Skeleton Band, only I'd like to have more variety than just skeletons. Get some other monsters. Eventually I'd like to have some of the classic monsters in the band, like Frankenstein, Dracula, Wolfman...

- We want something similar to this. Then we'd like to replace the skeletons during the other holidays, so it can be a year round prop. Like elves around Christmas etc.

- This started out as one of those singing, dancing Christmas bears. I stripped it down to it's bare mechanism, and am now building it up into a grave digger or something like that. We want to use him in 2005 haunt to tell scary stories. Here's a couple of videos (Sorry so dark):
