Baird Manor Scarecrow

Our version of a Scarecrow for our yard display. We bought the head at Smith's Market Place, and placed flicker bulbs in the head for its eyes and has a PVC body. Very cool prop, that's relatively easy and cheap.

Shows how I attached the pumpkin to my PVC body. I just threw a couple screws in through a T joint in the PVC. All the goopy stuff you see is the hot glue from placing the flicker bulbs in its eyes.
