Here's some of our misc Christmas decorations that we've found or made. We've recently started trying to make the Christmas display much larger, to compete with the Halloween stuff. More pictures can be found on my webshots page. You can click on any of the pictures below to see them full size.
Here's a few of the items we added new to 2004. The polar Bears are from a yard sale, the igloo we bought online, and the North Pole sign was home made. We had our ice climbing elf on the ice in the background, but a huge wind knocked the ice over, and broke the poor little elf in half.

 
We saw a similar North Pole at Walmart for around $60. We made this one for under $10. The How-to is found here.
