Santa's Elves is one of our first attempts to make some non-tacky Christmas props. We have elves snowshoeing, snowball fighting, putting up lights, even ice climbing (on our other page). With some of the animatronic stuff we've learned, we've been able to make more movement in these first props. For a how-to on these elves, click here.

Ice Climbing Elf! Why should we have all the fun climbing. This is an 'Extreme Elf'. We've animated this fellow this year, to make him swing his ax. I'll have to add the video later.
