Provo River Falls

July 2003

The upper portion of the Provo River (in the Uintahs) has several lower angle falls. I've seen pictures of kayaking down the falls, and wanted to try rappelling down them. We ran out of time and only got to do the first drop. It was low angle, but with the swift water, it was still fun. Tons of tourists watching the show. Hopefully in the near future, I'll head back and do the other drops, which looked steeper.

After rappelling we had some fun on some natural waterslides
