The Black Hole is a very
narrow and dark section of White Canyon in the Cedar Mesa area. There's
no technical sections of the canyon, only some short down climbing sections.
But the real unique feature in this canyon is the long, dark, cold swims.
There's hundreds of feet of swimming and wading throughout the canyon.
During the heat of Summer the water feels refreshingly cold, but in
colder seasons, a wetsuit is a must. Some of the pools in this canyon
almost never get sunlight. |
