Baptist Draw and Upper Chute Canyon

Baptist Draw is a great canyon in the San Rafael area. It turned out more interesting and longer than I thought. It starts out slowly getting deeper and narrower. You encounter one short rappel and lots of very tight narrows. After a while, you come to an 80 foot rappel that drops into Chute Canyon. From here there's one more short rappel, some downclimbing and a lot ofhiking through beautiful narrows.
